Andrew Telsey, represents a small “boutique” law firm focusing on representing public and privately held companies and other business entities, as well as individuals, with regard to securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions and all other business matters since 1984. The firm has developed a particular expertise in taking small and mid-sized private companies public, including mergers with publicly trading shell companies.
